We All Have Suffered

I created the GLT Workbook after experiencing first hand how deeply grief, loss, and trauma affect us — and how healing begins when we’re given tools and language to process pain. When my daughter was stillborn in 2009, it was the hardest thing I had ever had to face in my life. I wanted to kick and scream and fight and cry and shout, but instead, I did and said nothing. For a long time actually!! I tried a number of different tools, tried to cope on my own, had counselling sessions, but found that it was a combination of things that helped me. This workbook isn’t a one size fits all, it helps you to work through your grief, loss or trauma, identifying your personal pain points and finding ways to work through them.

Why Our Workbook?

The GLT Workbook supports healing through guided exercises for all ages. People who have used this workbook have said that they used it time and time again for a number of different situations that they encounter, making it really good value for money.
